Before You Checkout

Please double-check your order for accuracy before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for updating incorrect shipping addresses or making changes to products after checkout.

  • We cannot apply discounts or add-ons once an order has been placed.


Processing & Fulfillment

Order Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed, is in transit, or has been delivered.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1–4 business days.

  • We guarantee processing by the 4th business day after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text.

Tip: If you don't see a confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder and ensure your contact information is correct in your account profile.


Shipping & Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be sent via email/text once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to USPS.

  • Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for all related reshipping costs.

Missing Package Marked as Delivered

If your package shows as Delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact USPS immediately.

  2. Speak to a live representative and open a case.

  3. USPS will investigate and reach out to us if additional information is needed.
