Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in excellent condition. If your item is the wrong product, please follow the steps below:

To Qualify for a Return or Replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the incorrect item(including packaging if applicable).

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for review.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect style, or quantity due to customer error at checkout

  • Items reported after the 3-day window

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse

Once we receive and review your claim, we’ll determine if a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Note: If your package was damaged during shipping, we recommend you to file a claim to USPS.
