What are your business hours?
We’re open Tuesday – Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST).
Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
No. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to change addresses, products, or apply discounts.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once orders are placed, shipped, or delivered.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a tracking number via email or text once your order is fulfilled.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
What if my package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it?
Contact USPS directly and open a case.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the incorrect item.
If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit.
Should your order come damaged please file a claim with usps.
